Sigolène - French form of the German name Sieglinde. It is also part of the name of a town in France, Sainte-Sigolène in Haute-Loire.

Uvada - a place in Utah, combines the names of Utah and Nevada. My cousin's grandmother was named this and is from this part of the state.




BOYS

Roldán - Spanish form of the name Roland, which comes from the Germanic name Hrodland, from "hrod" meaning "fame" and "land".

Jessalyn- a combination of the male Hebrew name "Jessie" and the English name "Lyn" and mimics the form of the name Joscelyn. Jessie comes from Yishay and means "God's gift". Lyn derives from the Welsh "llyn" meaning "lake".

Kyren - Sanskrit, meaning "ray of light".
