Some names may be more familiar but I found the meaning or origin or some other aspect of the name made it worthy of inclusion here. Chenxi -  This is the name of a Chinese dialect. There were 5 girls named this in 2012 according to the U.S. Social Security Administration.




BOYS 

Dámaso- Spanish. There were 5 boys named this in 2012 according to the U.S. Social Security Administration. There is a famous poet named Dámaso Alonso. Dámaso is pronounced "DAH  mah so". It may come from the name Damasus. One source said this is Greek and means "tamer" and another said the origin was the Hebrew Daman, which also means "tamer".
